Which Dumbbell Handle is right for you?

1" Ergo Dumbbell Handle - The 1" Ergo handle has a curve design and has proven to be a favorite among athletes as it is "ergonomically" designed to fit perfectly in your hand which makes it very comfortable.

2" Knurled Dumbbell Handle -The 2" Knurled handle has a straight design and was designed for use for athletes with larger hands and also for the extreme athletes that enjoy training with oversize bars and dumbbells to enhance their grip strength.

Use with 1" weight plates or cable attachment

These dumbbell handles innovative patent-pending design allows you to use it either with standard 1" plates (not included) or a cable attachment can be used to connect the dumbbell handles to a universal-type of pulley machine for rows, curls and any type of cable pulls. To add a weight, just put the weight on the shaft and spin the star collar tight. No worries about weights falling on your toes!
