AAU Bench Press Nationals
The entry form for the AAU Bench Press Nationals is now available on-line at:
The on-line entry fee is $55 and the mail-in entry fee is $65.
The mail-in entry won't be ready until December.
The AAU rules for the manufacture and alteration of the supportive shirt and suit have been changed to meet the IPF rules for manufacture and alteration. This includes no longer permitting the use of denim or velcro.
