For Advanced Training. Made out of heavy duty cordura nylon with steel grommets for the maximum in strength and durability. Strap has a locking, forged steel carabiner that hooks into any universal gym, and can support up to 350lbs each strap. For use in conjunction with a standard chin up bar for greater ab and oblique isolation when performing leg lifts. Oversized D-ring fits most bars and machines.
