APF/ AAPF NY State Powerlifting Championships

The NY state Championships held in west Hempstead. In the pictures is Shawna Mendelson, meet director as well as state chair for the APF/ AAPF. The meet was held at her gym, The New Gym. I (Brian Becker) placed first in the masters 275, and third in the open 275 with a 1780 total. Squat 685, bench 500, deadlift 595.
