UNEQUIPPED:Squat, Bench Dead lift: NO squat suit & No Bench shirt. Wraps and betl are allowed
BENCH PRESS: Single ply bench shirt, wrist wraps & 4" belt may be used Open back shirts are legal
but they must have heck line and closures in back cannot low cut on chest.
POWER SPORTS MEET: Curl, Bench Press& Deadlift for Total, (Squat extra) NO SUPPORTIVE Equipment allowed
