Business Consultant; Bessie is currently a Business Consultant to several companies. Hired for her extensive knowledge behind the scenes in the entertainment, modelling and hospitality industry, she has built and managed everything from publicly listed companies to new ventures and individual talent. Bessie has developing many new companies from scratch, designing systems, researching the competition, marketing & corporate strategies, along with performing due diligence on acquisition targets.
As a spokesperson for young women in business;Bessie continues to be an inspiration to many young people especially entrepreneurial minds. She regularly gives career and business advice and has been featured in many student's forums on successful business women. Bessie is also being profiled in two "Entrepreneur books". She is invited to many business, industry and political functions as a representative and always adds a little extra pizzazz and personality to the event.
Nominated as "Young Business Woman of the Year" and "Entrepreneur of the year" Bessie was nominated in the "Telstra Young Business Woman of the Year Award" two years in a row (2000, 2001). As well as a nomination for the "Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award" 2001.
Nominated for the internationally recognised Heart Award 2004For her work on the V Committee (A new division of the Variety Club aimed at the young market) Bessie has been nominated for the internationally recognised Heart Award.
