These records as of this day still hold. I plan on breaking those records March 9Th 2008 at The Masters National Bench Championships. I took 2007 off because of personal situations. I plan on doing a complete schedule this year. Competing in 100% RAW federation, AAU RAW division, APF ALL RAW division. As it stands now my come back bench sits at 385 twice. This was after a full week work out. Today it was 365lbs 3Xs 5 sets. I got ALL.On December 2ND 2007 my lifting partners and I will be Maxing out. My Plan is 405LBS competition lift. In two weeks following, my plan is 420lbs. BY March 9Th 450-475.
