The log is 300 lbs and 13 1/2 round with an inch and3/8 handles. No wrist straps, sorry. The dumbbell weighs 178 lbs with a 2 1/2 inch handle. (Made my own Thomas Inch) No straps, sorry. My truck is 25,000 lbs. I do hand over hand pulls with it to train my grip. 2 1/2 inch rope, 100 feet long. I reside in North Olmsted, Ohio. I am 33 years old, weighing in at 240 lbs., and I stand 5'10'' tall. My shoe size is 15. I have been training since 1999. I am a mover by trade so I am used to lifting heavy awkward stuff.

Pictured above is my power stair implement. It weighs 465 lbs. The second pic is 475 lbs. The Farmer's Walk in each hand, wearing your APT STRAPS. The third, 465lbs 2 finger pull. Didn't lock out but 2 inches off ground. The fourth is 465 power stair implement. And finally, this weighs 448 lbs. The bar is 5 1/2 inches. 8 inch lock out. Training the wrist strength.
