WEIGH-INS: Friday June 30th at Powerhouse Gym 3040 S. Lafountain Kokomo In. 46902 or at 1:30pm Saturday.
RULES: 2pm Saturday at contest site. Union Street Downtown Kokomo between Sycamore and Waltnut.
DIVISIONS: PRO/AM for heavy weight open, lightweight , teens, masters, and Novice( never competed before)
WEIGHT CLASSES: Lightweight-231 and below all other classes have no weight restrictions.

2. Log Press( clean once and press for reps) - LW/TEEN/MASTERS/NOVICE-230lbs( 8inch log).Pro/HW-330lbs ( 13 INCH ).75sec
3. Deadlift for reps- LW/TEEN/MASTERS/NOVICE-455lbs. Pro/HW-705lbs.75SEC
4. Super Yoke- LW/TEEN/MASTERS/NOVICE-670lbs. Pro/HW-900lbs for 20 meters( 66ft).75SEC
5. Tire flip and keg load- LW/TEEN/MASTERS/NOVICE-700lb tire/3-250lb kegs. Pro/HW-900lbs/5-250lb Kegs.50ft flip load kegs to 54 inch box.75sec
6. Pro/HW only- Stones carrying to the boxes 245/72, 265/68, 290/64, 330/60,365/56,405/52.distances will be 12/10/8/6/4/under.75sec

AWARDS: 1st-3rd in all classes..Overall Pro will get a $ 2,000 championship ring and overall Heavyweight Am will get his pro card and a ring worth $1,200.

ENTRY FEES: Pro/HW-$100. LW/TEEN/MASTERS/NOVICE-$75. Crossovers are allowed and the entry is $25. goodie bags for all athletes.
Hog roast for all competitors after the show.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and my assignees, waive and release all rights and damages I may have against the Powerhouse Gym Kokomo, Chad or Kim Coy, The Haynes Apperson Festival, The Wyman Group, ___________________, ______________________________, ______________________, North American Strongman Society, Willie or Dione Wessels, any and all sponsors of the event, their representatives and assigns, for any and all injuries incurred by me in conjunction with these championships and in traveling to and from the event. And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in the 2006 _CENTRAL USA STRONGMAN CHALLENGE_______________________ and its related events, I hereby grant NAS INC., and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate NAS INC., and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any rights granted herein. I also understand that the aforementioned rights may be reassigned at any time without further consent. I understand that NAS INC. and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization, are videotaping and photographing the Event in express reliance upon the foregoing, and I represent and agree that I am free to grant the rights granted to NAS INC. and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization hereunder.
