I was born in Atlanta on September 18, 1981. Growing up in Georgia was a great childhood experience. In school I was always active in cheerleading, and local modeling. In the eleventh grade, my family made the move from Atlanta to Nashville because of my father?s job. I came to love Nashville for the wonderful people that live there. All throughout high school I was pretty active in sports. I cheered, ran cross country, and track. I competed in several beauty pageants, including the Miss Teen Tennessee USA and Hawaiian Tropic. After high school was when I really began to get into fitness. I had always done mainstream modeling, and loved it. When I first joined the local Gold?s Gym in Nashville was when my life really changed. I discovered a wonderful new way to stay in shape and become a healthy young woman. I worked out with weights, and used incredible fitness equipment to mold my body into the best shape of my life. I got so into fitness that I became a certified personal trainer through AFAA. I did this not so I could train people, but merely to acquire the knowledge for myself.
I then began acting, and fitness / bikini modeling. I have recently appeared in such magazines as Weekly World News, and got a 25 page spread complete with the cover, and pullout in the December issue of Muscular Development Magazine. I am very proud to have been featured on the cover of the January 2003 issue, the 2003 calendar, and in their contest for Cover Model of the Year. Recently I did a Penta water commercial, and was cast as a Playboy Playmate in the film Dumb and Dumber 2! Fitness has given me a wonderful outlook on life, and has become a very big part of my career as I continue modeling and acting. In the future my goals include: continuing to develop my career in the entertainment industry, keeping a healthy figure, appearing in several more magazines, and interacting with all of my fabulous fans via my website! I have had a wonderful outpouring of support from fans, and I can?t wait to see how my website continues to expand!
