Friday, August 10th:Powerlifting Squat - Cash and/or Prizes awarded to the 3 biggest squats of the show (based on weight lifted and not on formula.) No weight classes. Squat and Deadlift Suits are not allowed. Knee Wraps up to 3 meters are legal. Powerlifting Belts are allowed. Fourth attempts are for records only and only allowed if the third attempt is successful. Same day weigh-ins (weigh-ins are for record keeping purposes.) $100.00 Entry Fee (50% off if you're entering another event in this promotion.) This contest is limited to 24 competitors (two flights.) Minimum squat opener of 500 pounds required. All competitors will receive official pro style shorts, shirts and hats for use during the squat show at no additional charge to the lifter.

Fourth attempts are for records only and only allowed if the third attempt is successful. This contest is limited to 24 competitors (two flights.) Minimum deadlift opener of 500 pounds required. Saturday, August 11th:Power Building Benchpress - Cash and/or Prizes awarded to the 3 highest reps of the show. All competitors will rep out with 405 pounds. Only full range reps will be counted. Reps will be touch n go but the lifter must wait for a rep cound from the head official, at the lockout position, before beginning the lowering phase of the next rep (the verbal count will be given the second the elbows are locked out.) Benchpress Shirts are not allowed. Wrist Wraps are allowed. Powerlifting Belts are allowed. Each competitor will only get one set of reps with the 405 pounds. Weigh-ins are not required. $100.00 Entry Fee (50% off if you're entering another event in this promotion.) This contest is limited to 12competitors (one flight). All competitors will receive official pro style shorts, shirts and hats for use during the power bench show at no additional charge to the lifter.

Kings of the Bench Official Qualifier - Cash and/or Prizes awarded to the biggest bench in each weight division (based on weight lifted and not on formula.) Lightweight Division is 175 pounds and Under. Middleweight Division is 176-275 pounds. Heavyweight Division is 276 pounds and over.
The 3 biggest benchers in the lightweight division, not counting Joe Mazza, Joe Luther and Ray Hickman (who are already qualified from last year) will be invited to compete at the Kings of the Bench 2 which takes place on the main expo stage at the Olympia Expo! The 3 biggest benchers in the middleweight division, not counting Jeremy Hoornstra, Matt Kroczaleski and Levi Van Dyke (who are already qualified from last year) will be invited to compete at the Kings of the Bench 2. The 4 biggest benchers in the heavyweight division, not counting Brian Siders and Nick Winters (who are already qualified from last year) will be invited to compete at the Kings of the Bench 2.
Each division is limited to 24 competitors. The lightweight division has a minimum opener requirement of 315 pounds. The middleweight division has a minimum opener requirement of 405 pounds. The heavyweight division has a minimum opener requirement of 495 pounds.
Benchpress Shirts are not allowed. Wrist Wraps are allowed. Powerlifting Belts are allowed. This is a strict form max benchpress contest. A press command will be given the moment the bar comes to a full stop on the chest. The butt and shoulders must remain planted on the bench throughout the duration of the lift and the bar must be fully locked out at the start and completion of the lift.
Same day weigh-ins (WPO weight class raw records can be set.) $100.00 Entry Fee (50% off if you're entering another event in this promotion.) All competitors will receive official pro style shorts, shirts and hats for use during the benchpress show at no additional charge to the lifter.

Clash of the Titans Grand Prizes#1 An additional cash and/or prize will be awarded to the biggest overall bench of the Kings of the Bench qualifier.
#2 An additional cash and/or prize will be awarded to the biggest push/pull total of the show . This will be determined on a points scale. Placing 1st out of the 12 power bench reppers will be worth 12 points, 2nd place will be worth 11 points, 3rd place is worth 10 points and so on down the line so that 12th place is worth 1 point. The biggest deadlift in the deadlift contest is worth 12 points, the 2nd biggest 11 points, 3rd biggest 10 points and so on down the line till the 12th biggest deadlift is worth 1 point. The lifter with the highest number of points from these two competitions will be this grand prize winner.
#3 An additional cash and/or prize will be awarded to the biggest squat/deadlift/bench total of the show. The same point systems applies as per above only there will also be points awarded in the squat and the biggest 3 lift point total will win this grand prize.
