I currently live in hawaii but im from california. I've been bodybuilding for 2yrs now I usually train on base, my dad's in the marines and I live on a military base so I have access to the gym on base we usually train together but we haven't in a while because he's been deployed in iraq since june.
I weight train 5 days a week and do 6 days of cardio. I train my Calves and Abdominals every other day and my neck 3 times a week. I switch my training every couple of weeks to make more gains. I might go heavy working with 6-8 sets and 4-6 reps per exercise or I might decrease the weight and concentrate more on reps and do a workout using 3-4 sets with 10-12 reps and sometimes 15 depending on the exercise. I eat 6-7 times daily. each meal consist on a protein, carbohydrate, vegetable. I consume on average 420-480 grams of carbs and 210-250 grams of protein daily along with 1-2 gallons of water depending what's on the agenda. I stick to basic whole foods like chicken breast ,turkey, steak,tuna ,brown
rice, Whole wheat bread, potatoes, oatmeal, corn, peas, spinach, stuff like that. I also take a protein supplement twice a day which helps me get enough protein and carbs whenever I don't have enough time for an actual meal. I also take a creatine supplement before my workouts. After my workouts I mix it with my protein shake to refuel my muscles after an intense workout.
