Training is part of my daily routine, just like brushing my teeth and taking a shower! Without it, somehow I don't feel quite the same zest for life! I will soon be available for personal training sessions and am very excited to pass my knowledge, experience, expertise and passion on to you!
I recently competed in the UKFBB Southern Qualifier in Portsmouth and am very happy to say I won! It was such a wonderful day and all my hard work paid off. Officially I spent 12 weeks preparing for the competition, although really a lifetime of training and living well goes into the whole process! It was truly a wonderful experience, I had so much fun and met some wonderful, inspiring and talented people!
I am very lucky to have worked with a brilliant photographer on some fitness shots. I hope you love them as much as I do! I will soon have pictures,wallpaper and posters available for you to download or order!
