Farmer's Walk Handles with two different diameter handles (three if you think you can hold them by the main bar) are great for grip work, GPP work and even doing deadlifts. Textured gray powder coat looks great and offers some grip. We even include two pairs of our Barbell Collars.

The handles weigh about 22.5 lbs each, are 60 inches long with a plate loading area of 12 inches on each end.
