Im 19 years old. I just finished my freshmen year at Slippery Rock University in PA. We are starting a strongman club at the university next fall. I have been into bodybuilding and powerlifting since I was 13. I started competing in strongman last May and I love it. I train 5 days a week; 4 in the gym and on Saturdays I train strongman events depending on what is coming up in the next competition. I recently loaded a 350 lb. atlas stone. We train in the woods in what could be explained as a "giant strongman playground". ill get some pictures from this place. We have virtually all the equipment well ever need and then some. I have 5 training partners and we are all very passionate about strongman and are very intense.
