STEP ONE:
Hold the wrist straps as shown in the picture. Looped end in your left hand, open end in your right. Position the strap so that the 1" strap is on the outside.

STEP THREE:
Insert your hand up to your wrist into the loop that you now have. Once in there, snug the strap on your wrist. (like tighening a noose). Now repeat the same procedure with the other hand.

STEP TWO:
Stick the open end through the looped end as shown and pull it so there is still room to put your hand through the opening you now formed.

STEP FOUR:
Approach a dumb bell or barbell. Your hands can be placed either in the forward or backwards position. Place the palm of your hand on top of the bar with your fingers extened. Wrap the loose end of the strap around the bar and once it is wraped around the bar, use your hand to twist and tighten the strap to you own liking. Repeat with the other hand and your all set. Ready to LIFT.
