All New Strongman Training DVD
When traveling and judging competitions I see MANY technique mistakes and I also get tons of calls and emails about "how to" with these exercises. This is the reason for this DVD and we have seen a good response with this. We have over 75 min of how to footage covering warm up, stretching but not just lame static stretching, log work including cleaning the log and several different ways to press it, tire flip, farmers walk, yoke walk, odd object lifts like sand bag, and atlas stones.
