Great adhesion to the bar with this set if you add the ANTI-SLIP.
(nylon is slicker on the bar then cotton)

This set is great for quick release of the bar, you are not strapped in like regular straps.  Open your hand and the bar lets go.  Great for over head lifts and any other lifts to include rows, Shrugs, deadlifts etc.
