This Weight Lifting HOOK set is excellent and works very WELL

Details:

APT's FORWARD/REVERSE STEEL HOOK" Style Pro Wrist Straps

This set of HOOK hooks lifting straps is Super heavy duty, but can be used for light to Super heavy duty in the FORWARD/REVERSE grip style when you hit your workouts

The HOOK on this set is set "IN" towards the palm and "OUT" for a forward/reverse grip style where the HOOK is set facing away from your palm/hand.

Built in Velcro & nylon heavy duty Strap/webbing for a tight wrap & strength

Wrist area is padded with Neoprene padding and is very very comfortable

Hooking portion is chrome and super strong at 2-1/2" wide for lifting lots of weight and a good fit and balance on the bar.

The STEEL hook/cup is lined with a soft pliable material for grip on the bar.

The strap and hook fit the wrist/hand very well for comfortable fits and lifts

If you are into "HOOK" style lifting straps, this is nice and if you are not, you just might want to give this a try!
