I have been lifting for about 6 years. I started out doing deadlift meets.
My last DL only meet I ended with a 500. Then I started doing some bench
only, and ended that with a 420. Now I have switched to doing three lift
meets. I have done one full power, and got a 700 squat, 460 bench, and a 600
deadlift. For a 1760 total. I just missed a 750 squat, and a 640 dl. My
squat was only after 3 months of squatting. I have a Bench/Dead meet in
Sept, and will bench 520+, and deadlift 650+. I am up to squatting 605 raw
fairly easy. I may do a full power meet in Dec. If not I will be doing one
in April, and I will squat 850, bench 550+, and deadlift 700. That is a 2100
total, up from 1760. I work hard, and eat, sleep, and breathe Powerlifting.

I go to a lot of meets. I help at most I am at by either spotting and
loading, or helping in a company's booth. I am very active in the local
powerlifting scene as well as many forums. I train in a private Powerlifting
Gym four days a week, and then on Sundays I go to another local gym and help
them. Plus by helping them I get to watch one of the best benchers
train.
