Jason Beck Powerlifter Powerlifting and Sponsored by APT Pro Gear
Jason has been competing in the sport of powerlifting for 13 years. As a teenager he competed in mostly local contests within driving distance of his home. When he entered college he burst into the national scene with a Collegiate National victory and a spot on the Junior World Team in 2001. He followed that up with a victory at the 2002 Collegiate Nationals and took home the best lifter award. After completing a 15 month tour in Iraq, Jason came back to the powerlifting world stronger and more determined than ever and won his first Men's National Championships in 2004. In 2005 Jason moved to the 100KG weight class and earned a spot on the Open World Team with a victory and placed an impressive 2nd at the IPF World Championships. Again in 2006 the 100KG class was dominated by Jason and he went on to earn a Silver Medal at the IPF World Championships held in Stavanger, Norway.
