This year on January 8th Joe broke the IPA world record at 148lbs. with a bench of 475lbs at the IPA Gorilla warfare bench comp. (this is the same meet that Mike Miller squatted 1200lbs.). I then broke Markus Schick's All-Time World Record with a 520lb bench at a bodyweight of 147.5 lbs.at Sandy McCaslin's APF Candyazz Classic on February 19, 2005 in Tribes Hill, NY
These lifts qualify Joe to compete at the BBFC in October & if he places top 5 there it will get him into the 2006 Arnold.
My Name is Joe Ceklovsky I am 30 years old. I live in upstate New York, and I am married.My wife Natalie and I are in the process of buying our first home. I work as a Service Advisor in a local Chevy dealership. I have been competing in powerlifting for a little over a year. In addition to powerlifting I am also a third degree black belt. I competed for several years, I won five National titles. Now I focus mainly on powerlifting.
