John Bernor-33 years old. I have Powerlifting for 14 years. Started off raw in the ADFPA/USAPL then moved on to the APF/WPO. In 2004 I won the APF Senior National Championships.
In 2005 I became the 2nd youngest person(at the time) to total over 2550lbs with a 2551 lb effort at the WPO Semi-Finals in Chicago. In Feb 2007 I totaled 2600 lbs at 308. This total gave me the highest 308 total for that year worldwide. All these accomplishments were achieved by the Grace of GOD.
