A ONE PIECE LIFTING SUIT OR SINGLET IS REQUIRED FOR ALL LIFTERS. HIGH SCHOOL
LIFTERS ONLY MAY WEAR ONE PIECE LIFTING SUIT OR SPANDEX SHORTS.
DEFINITIONS OF MEET
POWERLIFTING. Squats, Bench, Dead lift Legal supportive equipment may be used for all lifts.
UNEQUIPPED LIFTING: Squat, Bench, Dead lift: NO squat suit & NO bench shirt. Wraps and belt are allowed
BENCH PRESS: Single ply shirt, wrist wraps and a 4" belt. No other shirt under bench shirt. Open back shirt are legal
but they must have neck line and closures in back, can not be low cut on chest.
Power Sports Full Meet: Curls, Bench, Dead lift for Total (Squats extra) No supportive equipment allowed except a 4" belt
