ALAN I LOVE THE Stranglators and the Convict Pro 36" wrist wraps. This is all I wear. I wrap them very tight, like a cast. The wraps make my arms feel like a concrete pillar, which makes a huge difference in when you bench heavy weight. You don't feel any wrist stress or pain from the load. Thanks again for the wraps and the T Shirts. I will wear the shirt at nationals in Baton Rogue in May.
