Kerry Griffin Teen Bodybuilder Weight Lifter from Australia

From the time i was 12 years old i was in grade 7 at the time i was just a normal kid. I never thought it at the time but one day something amazing was going to change my life. It was one day at football training i was just about to receive a pass when i dropped it then one of the caoches said right Dwayne get down and give me 10 pushups so i got down on my hands and feet then i thought i dont want to be embarrased in front of these boys so i done 10 pushups then got back up and kept training. then about 2 nights later i was in the shower than i got out then caught a glimpse of my self in the mirror then i stoped and just look at my self then tensed my muscle and realized some noticable changes in my biceps they were getting wider then i said cool then said i want bigger biceps. So then my dad said to me hey Dwayne do you wanna start building up your arms. Then i said yeah dad. So dad said i will have to get you some dumbells and start lifting them so i agreed. then when i came home dad said i got you some weights then i ran over exitedly and grabbed them my freind lars was there and we started just curling them then i put them down and thought ill do more later. So that night i looked in the mirror and tensed my arms again and thought i wanna be a bodybuilder. Then i got that drummed in my head i wanna be a bodybuilder then kept that in my head. So i got a taste of weights and i loved it i wanted more and more i thought i want to muscly when i am a man. So i kept lifting weights with my dumbells and started changing more and more gradually every time i looked in the mirror i noticed something new so i got more and more enthusiastic with weights then i was hooked.
