WEIGHT CLASSES: 200# and under, 201-265, 266 and up, women open
EVENTS:
1. Viking press. women open & light weight 180#, middle 240#, heavies 270# for reps 60 sec
2. Ironman Bar Bend. bending 4 ft bars of steel till they are closed at end for time or measured in 90 sec.
3. Car Yoke. weight is undetermined, women reg yoke at approx. 300# 60 ft 60 sec.
4. MN Shield Carry.. Women & lights 220#, middles undetermined, heavies 435# for distance.
5. Stones of Death.. Women & light 150#, middle & heavies 240# 10 stones loaded to 48" in 90 sec or most stones.
