What a versatile bar! Grip it wide for ME bench work, or grip it narrow for accessory work. Use it for bent over rows or overhead presses. The list of uses just goes on and on. Not only does the neutral grip reduce shoulder strain but it also makes it harder to involve the lats. Prepare to be humbled the first time you use it.

The bar itself weighs about 42 lbs, we include a pair of our collars that add another 3 lbs so the math stays easy.

As part of our continuous improvement program, this bar is now powder coated with an Oxford Gray textured finish.

The overall length of the neutral grip bar is 7 feet.  The distance between the inside of the plate stops is 52 inches, the same as a standard Olympic barbell.  There are over 4 inches of clearance inside the plate stops for racking the bar.  The bar works in standard power racks and benches designed to accomdate an Olympic barbell.
