Fitness is my passion that makes me feel like I am on top of the world.

When I work out , my ambition is to push my body harder and harder every time to see how much it can take, how much pressure it can stand.
I love doing heavy deadlifts until I cannot stand upright anymore, I love running the fastest I can until my legs won't carry me anymore. I love unracking the barbell to squat, all nervous and anxious,with the heaviest load ever with your quads are already shaking. Will I make it or fall?
When I wake up in the morning for a cardio session, it's not always fun. There are times when I hate it, but knowing how good it makes me feel when it's over, I just do it. Day after day after day.
Being fit requires self control and patience. There is no quick fix to an athletic phsyique, and everybody knows the effort in the gym and the willpower at dinner needed to achieve it.
People admire that - often filled with hope about being able to do it themselves one day. And when they ask me if it's possible I tell them yes, because it is.
"It pays to be the winner". (Navy Seals).
There is no excuse for being out of shape if you're healthy, but you must be wanting to make a change more than anything else.
Then Nothing can stop you.
