BENCH PRESS: Single ply bench shirt, wrist wraps and a 4 " belt, No other shirt under bench shirt. Open back shirts are legal
but they must have a neck line and closures in back, can not be low cut on chest.
POWER SPORTS MEET: Curl--Bench--Deadlift for Total ( Squat extra )NO SUPPORTIVE Equipment allowed except 4"Belt
