Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns for a Refund 30 days from date of purchase only

• Mail all returns for a refund to APT Pro Gear, 7 Bel Plains Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
• INCLUDE in your return package your Order ID # or copy of your receipt
• Indicate in the return exactly what you want refunded, be sure those products are returned
• If you don't tell us what to do with your Return,....your package will sit until we get to it
• Refunds are processed once a week in batches & refunded to your original Credit Card
• If you paid with PayPal, we will refund you to your PayPal account
• All refunds are for unused products (It is APT's discretion on what unused is with your return)

Exchanges 30 days from date of purchase only

• Mail all returns for an exchange to APT Pro Gear, 7 Bel Plains Dr, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
• INCLUDE in your return package your Order ID # or copy of your receipt
• Indicate in the return for an exchange exactly what you want to exchange and the size
• If you don't tell us what to do with your returned exchange,....your package will sit until we get to it

**If we messed up your shipped order, we'll pay the new shipping back to you
**If you have to return a wrongly shipped product, we will pay the product shipping back to us & shipping back to you
**If you ordered the wrong product, don't like what you ordered or ordered the wrong size, we will only refund you the product price.
**NO restock fees with APT Pro Gear on returned product

Packages Returned to Us by UPS or USPS

• If your order is returned to us due to an Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping address, as submitted, you will be refunded for the order minus the shipping fee.  You will recieve an email to the email address you submitted with your order to inform you.
• If your order is returned to us because you were not available to accept delivery, you will be refunded for the order minus the shipping fee.  You will receive an email to the email address you submitted with your order to inform you.
• FYI:  It is a UPS Policy (not ours) that when shipping to an Apartment, you must be available to sign for the package.
