Richard Pinelli,.....I am a20 year old powerlifter/college student. I compete in the United  States Powerlifting Federation and have had a world record bench press with a lift of 479 @ 220 and 2 American records. I also just added deadlifts to my agenda and competed in my first deadlift meet to pull 573 after just 4 weeks of training. I have been lifting for 9 years straight and hate taking time off. I attend West Virginia University and I am a sophomore studying exercise physiology.  I have a meet coming up in Norfolk,VA march 1st 2008 in which I will attempt to go over 500 in bench and 600+ on deadlift. I will still be in the 220 class @ 20y/o.

March 2008....I had a 507 bench......and a 600 deadlift( personal record). The bench was a new American record which beat out the previous record of 485. I tried 523 for a 4th attempt but didnt get it probably due to the minute break between my 3rd and 4th lift. I used the black mamba wraps for my bench and I love them they are my favorite by far. I am now going to be training for the uspf nationals in Rhode Island in June.
