Here I am T-Bar rowing 4 plates and a 25 for 10 reps on my last set, and barbell shrugging 4 plates a side for 8 reps on my last set, after my entire back workout. Before I got my Pro Wrist Straps there was NO WAY I could've finished my workouts so strong. I'd be lucky if I got 2 reps with those weights! I can't explain how much these straps have improved not only my poundages, but my overall workouts. They are also extremely comfortable to wear - there's no discomfort whatsoever.
