Big Al travelled down to Dundonald Highland Games in Ayrshire on Saturday( 6th August 2005), held at the foot of Dundonald Castle. Below are a few pics that were taken of him doing the Stone Putt, Weight Over the Bar, and Caber. As you can see he is wearing APT's ZRV-Pro wrist wrap and  Mueller elbow sleeve.
