How We Ship

ALASKA and HAWAII EXCEPTIONS, SAVE $$$ on shipping
UPS shipping for you is not cheap, call in your order to
1-888-236-1258 and we'll ship USPS Priority mail at a 1/3
the cost. OR E-mail APT with what you want and your
shipping address and we can send you a PAYPAL invoice
payment request.

US 48 Sates Residential and Commercial Shipping
APT Ships using UPS at standard Commercial, Residential
Published UPS rates based on weight. All rates are rounded
to the next full pound and start at 1 lb weight.
(1.1 lb = 2 lbs and 6 oz =1 pound shipping weight)

USA PO Box Shipping
UPS Does Not deliver to PO Boxes.
If a PO Box is submitted for your shipping address
your order will ship via USPS

Military & Cilivian APO/FPO/
APT also provides Military/APO/FPO shipping as an
added service using USPS for a FLAT S/H Fee of $6.95. Your
completed order should show as $0.00 S/H, we will add the
above S/H as a 2nd charge to your Credit Card when we
process your order for shipping once we weigh it. IF YOU
HAVE PROBLEMS ORDERING with APO/FPO shipping
address you can call in your order at 1-888-236-1258,
fax in your order or e-mail in your order.

International Shipping (this is not APO/FPO/US Territories)
APT ships Internationally with USPS at standard published EXPRESS
rates (3-5 days to you ONCE shipped). We do not ship USPS PRIORITY
as this is not trackable. International shipping can be pricey depending
on where you live based on the weight shipped. Any CUSTOMS/ DUTY/
TAXES assessed by your country when you take delivery of your order
is your responsibility. We ship all International orders USPS Express
so that you should NOT have any BROKERAGE FEES.

If your order does not calculate shipping when you place
your order we will do it at the time of shipping and simply
add a 2nd charge for the shipping at our real cost.

There are several countries APT Inc. WILL NOT SHIP TO because of
fraud, we simply delete these orders 100% and you know who you are :-)

Additional Shipping May Apply to your order/shipping for USA
Additional shipping may apply to Other than Continental USA lower
48 states. APT tries it's best to not apply these additional charges
but as these areas vary because of shipping distance, they may apply
on heavier items like Chains, Kettlebells, bars, free weights etc etc.
These charges will be applied to your original order and by ordering
from these areas you imply that you accept these charges.

FREE SHIPPING AKA **Built Into Product Price**
(Does not apply to INternational Orders)
Some Products that APT sells ships from the manufacturer directly.
(Sculptures, Chains, Monster Bars, Kettlebells etc etc) This is to keep
your price low and not doubling shipping from the manufacturer to APT
then from APT to you. Cuts out a big chunk from YOUR price. If you
order one of these products, you'll see NO shipping charges (it is built
into the product) but if you order additional regular products standard
UPS published rates will apply to the remainder of your order. This is
set up and shows as FREE SHIPPING and no weight is added to these
products for your total shipping charges..

APT's Guarantee

If you are not TOTALLY 100% satisfied with your APT's Products for ANY reason, just mail them back before you tear them up for a full refund less your original S&H. (Custom lettered sets of APT's Pro Wrist Straps will not be refunded) APT does ask that you provide proof of original purchase by placing a copy of your invoice in with the return.

If you loose your receipt or order conformation, APT will research your order for you to verify your original purchase. APT will refund the cost of the product(s), or we will exchange your APT products if you would like with something that you want at equal or lesser value (or we'll charge you the difference).

Mail product back to APT, 7 Bel Plains Dr., Fredericksburg, VA. 22405 and indicate somewhere that it is a return. If you keep your original packaging, you can return it in that package and just write on the envelope "RETURN TO SENDER".
