Instructions
Preparation
Stand behind weight plate(s) on floor and grasp wrist roller handle with both hands; over hand grip.
Execution
With left hand gripping handle, relax grip of right hand and slide grip in front of handle (by flexing wrist) and regrip. Relax grip of left hand and hyperextend right wrist. Repeat sequence with opposite hands, alternating back and forth until weight plate has raised up near hands. Lower weight steadily with opposite movement.
What is a Wrist Roller and what to wrist rollers do for you and your forearm grip: Strengthen the forearms, wrists, and fingers and improve grip! This has been found to be the best exercise to work all these muscles for strength and tone while preventing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. You roll the weight up until it reaches the handle, then roll it back down slowly. Feel the healthy burn that builds muscle and leaves you feeling great!
