Part 2 is more specific to personal use of APT Pro Lifting Gear Knee wraps and how to wrap

How do you wrap your knees?  I have wrapped my knees for over 10 yrs. I have used the crisscross method and the spiral or straight method as well.

As of now I wrap my APT Pro Lifting Gear Strangulator Knee wraps straight on the knee, from about two inches below the knee to roughly two inches above the knee, start from the bottom. I try to get over my kneecap as many times as possible to get the most support.

How you wrap is purely up to you.  I always wrap my own knees. I wrap both knees out. I believe it this helps me drive my knees out. I like my wraps as tightly as possible. Finally, once you wrap as tight as you can if any part of your knee is exposed rewrap.

Hint: Use chalk on the wraps and your knees to help it stick.
