4.2 oz (.12 kg), ½” wide; provides approximately 10-60 lbs (5-27 kg) of resistance. This is perhaps the most versatile band we offer because it can be used for a complete range of mid- to high-level resistance exercises including general conditioning, rehabilitation, strengthening, stretching, Pilates, jumping and speed training.
Functional fitness has never been more accessible. Increase the tension from medium to maximum by stretching this circular band up to 2.5 times its original length. If the world is your oyster, the medium exercise band is your oyster dinner (unless you don’t eat shellfish).
HEAVY RESISTANCE BANDS – 3
5.7 oz (.16 kg), ½” wide, but THICKER than the MEDIUM BAND. This heavier-duty exercise band provides approximately 30-150 lbs (14-68 kg) of resistance and is excellent for strengthening and stretching the back, legs and chest. Also great for plyometric and agility training.
To increase resistance exponentially, try stretching the band up to 2.5 times its original length. Or, combine the heavy band with lighter bands for extra tension. In addition to providing the ultimate heavy workout experience, these exercise bands are also great for stretching out your whole body.
ROBUST RESISTANCE BANDS – 4
8 oz (.23 kg) 1 1/8″ wide; proves approximately 50-200 lbs (23-90 kg) of resistance. This wide band is designed for dynamic workouts requiring heavy loads. Suitable for burly muscle mass building exercises and power lifts. In addition to our mobile training regimen, these are a primary choice for assisted pull-ups, flexibility exercises and speed training.
POWER RESISTANCE BANDS – 5
Perfect for assisted pull-ups and using in conjunction with weights and bodyweight exercises requiring herculean tension levels. These resistance bands are popular among athletes and power lifters; attach the bands to weight bars and benches for added resistance during lifts and explosive exercises.
STRONG RESISTANCE BANDS – 6
This broad band will add as much resistance as you can handle. There is no muscle too strong. Add maximum resistance to your shrugs squats, deadlifts, leg presses and other power lifts and strength training exercises. Also used for heavily reinforced assisted pullups and explosive/plyometric exercises.
AGILITY RESISTANCE BANDS – 7
This 6′ long monster band increases speed and plyometric power by providing resistance to your movements; perfect for training people less than 200 lbs. Secure the resistance band to a sturdy anchor point and stabilize the other end around your waist. Sprint, hop, back pedal or shuffle away from the anchor point until the band stops your forward motion and then quickly return back to starting position and repeat.
